As we discussed earlier this seems to be normal endometrial cavity with mild fluid.
However, it is important to see other images also and real time imaging.
Normal G-sac is round in shape.It is elongated in shape.
You may upload more images if you have.

As we discussed earlier,findings are not typical of G-sac.Normal G-sac appears round in shape.
You may need follow up ultrasound after two weeks.
Positive hCG may last for few weeks and it may take time for negative findings after abortion.It is important to see lines are dark or faintly positive.

In short,follow up ultrasound should be done to see further progression.
