Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

Page 1 AntiCCP is for rheumatoid arthritis and is within normal limit.

Page 2 Amylase is raised in conditions of pancreas. A level of 120 is slightly above upper limit of normal and not a problem

Page 3 Apolipoproteins help in fat transport and is normal

Page 4 HsCRP is for heart problems and is within normal limit.

Page 5 Homocysteine is for assessment of risk for heart conditions, stroke and is within normal limit.

Page 6 Iron level is normal

Page 7 Kidney function test is normal

Page 8 Lipase is a digestive enzyme and is within normal limit

Page 9 Total cholesterol and LDL is mildly increased and this can be controlled with healthy diet.

Page 10 Non HDL cholesterol is normal

Page 11 Liver enzymes are mildly increased. It is important to know if the patient has any stomach or liver infections in recent few months. This is not a serious problem.

Page 12 Lipotrotein A is mildly increased and this can be related to increased total cholesterol

Page 13 Thyroid function test is normal

Page 14 Vitamin D deficiency is there and vitamin B12 level is normal

Page 15 Blood sugar level is normal

Page 16 There is no significant problem with blood counts.

Page 17 Rare earth metals are normal

In conclusion, the patient should consult a medicine specialist and discuss the following points
(i) High cholesterol and precautions like taking healthy diet. Please avoid processed foods.

(ii) Vitamin D deficiency requires taking supplement

(iii) Mildly increased liver enzymes and amylase level is not a serious problem but requires discussion with respect to any illness in recent months

(iv) Any recent clinical symptoms need to be discussed in detail with the doctor.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
