Brief Answer:
Weight reduction is advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through all your attached reports.

You seem to be in good health overall, except for

1.Low hemoglobin(mild anemia).
2.Slightly overweight.

For Mild anemia, you are rightly prescribed Tab OROFER XT by your doctor.Use this drug for 6 months to improve your hemoglobin.

Your seem to be overweight by approx 5 to 8 kgs for your age, sex and degree of physical activity.

I advise you to have regular physical activity like brisk walk for 20 min/day for 5 days/ week.

Eat oatmeal daily for 3 months for breakfast. This helps in weight reduction.

Eat fruits like Pomegranate once a day.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
