Brief Answer:
All the reports are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen all the attached reports. All the reports are normal. This can happen due to idiopathic causes also.
It is best to consult a gynecologist next time your periods are overdue. Any progesterone deficiency also needs to be ruled out after you have conceived next time. It is also best to give a gap of at least 3 months for your body to heal properly before you plan for the next conception.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

What can be the reason due to which baby is not going above 6 weeks?

Brief Answer:
The cause may not be detectable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The reason could be an infection- ruled out after a blood test, chromosomal defect- can be ruled by genetic evaluation of the aborted mass, or hormonal imbalance- can be ruled out after you conceive again. It may be possible that there is no detectable cause even after all the investigations.
Hope my answer is helpful.
