Brief Answer:
Diabetes, and high cholesterol!

Detailed Answer:
Hi Nelly and thanks for contacting us.

I have reviewed your lab results and they are as follows:

1. High blood sugar and high A1C signal diabetes. Follow up with your doctor and get managed for this. It take diet, exercise and medications for effective management.

2. You have high lipids. This means you are at increased risk for diseases such as blood vessels disease(heart, brain, limbs, etc). You will need to exercise, adjust your diet and get on medications. Statins are the most commonly used drugs. If you smoke, STOP!

3. Whiel alkaline phosphatase is above the upper normal. other values do not suggest that is anything wrong going on with it. I will not investigate any further.

4. All other values are okay.

I hope this helps and addresses your worries fully. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
