Question : My left arm has a bunch of what looks like scratches. I thought I was doing it at work. I noticed tonight my skin just splits and I start to bleed. Not much. Then it stops. any idea what is causing that

From what you described it looks like atopic dermatitis or eczema.
I recommend you.
* keep the area moisturised by creams and lotions petroleum jelly works great
*try to identify possible things that can trigger it include sweat, stress, soaps, detergents, dust and pollen. Avoid exposure to them.
*wash and dry well area
*use gentle antibacterial soap.
