I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through Lab. report of lipid profile.
Thanks for using HCM.
your cholesterol 174 is reasonably good,your LDL 107 too is good.Triglyceride is quite normal.your fasting FBS(64) is bit on lower side.
Basically total cholesterol, ideal is below 150 mg and LDL below 100.In our case it is very much near to target.so no need to take any medicine.Kindly inform me if you are taking any medicines?If so then please inform me.
otherwise at this level ,avoid fatty diet, go for regualr walk and maintain stres free life.
