Brief Answer:
High triglycerides and Low HDL

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

You have attached the lipid profile report and I have come to the conclusion that it requires further lowering of triglycerides and also HDL should be above 40. Here is how you should go about it

1. The most important thing in controlling lipid profile is diet and exercise. I request you to walk atleast 30 min a day. Avoid fat products like cheese, fried food, fast food, butter, oil, etc as much as possible.
2. You are on maximum dose of anti lipids for statins ( Tab Rosuvas), if I were to be your doctor I would add fenofibrate along with it. It comes as Rosuvas F
3. Avoid excessive salt in your diet
4. Continue taking Omega 3 fatty acids, it will help improve your HDL.
5. Avoid smoking
6. Have a regular sleep pattern, sleep for atleast 6- 8 hours a day. Reduced sleep is known to cause increased triglycerdies.

If you could attach ECHO report then I could tell you if you are on the right medications for it

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
