Brief Answer:
Can be considered normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the report you have attached.

Most of the readings are within normal range expect Triglycerides and LDL.

Triglycerides Tgs are influenced by recent meal before test. If you had a fatty meal or meal in high carbohydrates few hours before test, it shows Tgs high.

Tg levels becomes important when total cholesterol is also high.

LDL is bad cholesterol. It has crossed the range with minimal amount but, care has to be taken to bring it back into the normal range. High LDL levels are the ones which can cause heart attack.

Dietary modification is essential. Low fat and low carb diet is good.

Also, regular exercise of 40 min per day is essential.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
