What Does My Lipid Profile Test Report Indicate?

I recently got my full body checkup done, I noticed an increase in my liver Profile.
I have added last year and current year reports.
It could be because of my drinking, I am drinking from the last 30 years.
From the last 6 years my routinue is, i normally drink every Sat and Sunday, I drink 3 drinks of 60 each ml each that is 180ml on Sat and 180 on Sun.
I work nights so Sat/Sun are the only days I get relax.
I do not drink on any other days unless it is holiday or I am on vacation.
I do drink more than 180ml but those are exceptions rather than a rule.
Please advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking on HCM
I read carefully all your reports and definitely the current reports are not better than previous one. I can say as follows:
1. You have AST 66 ,ALT 117 2015) that are moderately elevated. Your lipid profile was fine and HBS Ag was not detected.
On the other hand you are using alcohol 360 ml per /week. This amount of drink is sufficient to cause elevated liver panel.
This is why I strongly recommend to stop drinking alcohol and repeat AST ,ALT and bilirubin after 6-8 weeks after quitting alcohol use.
2.Mean time you need to perform these tests :
-Abdominal ultrasound to better evaluate liver structure.
- ANTI-HCV to exclude hepatitis C
3.With regards to very low vit D it may be related with :
-Alcohol use ( alcohol use leads to secondary malnutrition and prevent vit D absorption)
- vegan diet
-Vitamin D supplementation is needed. You should contact the local provider for dosing as they vary from region to region.
4.For the moment I would like to suggest as follow:
- use sylimarine and vit E as liver antioxidant
- avoid fatty, high sugar foods
- increase physical activity 5hr/wk
- consume fresh fruits and vegetables
- consume sea food twice per week
- loose weight by 5%
- stop alcohol use immediately
If you have other concerns I would be glad to assist you further.
All the best
