Question : Hi ,

My sgot is 34 which is in range but my sgpt is 66 which is slightly high .Are these value really high ? All other liver parameters are in range

Also my lipid profile looks like this
total cholestrol - 264
Triglycerides - 257
Hdl - 51
Ldl - 161
Vldl - 51

Please suggest what could be cause ?

I suggest to take combination tablet of atorvastatin and fenofibrate.

You may also need to take ursodeoxycholic acid tablet.It will lower SGPT level.

You may also need to change life style.
Avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
