Sir lipid result is
S. Cholesterol 196.10 mg/DL
Triglyceride 175.30
S hdl 55.36
S LDL 105.40
S.VLDL 35.10
Total chelostrol ratio 3.52
Low density lipoproteins/high density lipoproteins cholestrol ratio 1.89

Please suggest me how I become a normal healthy man. one doctor advised me to have lipikind f tablet once a daily for two month.

Your cholesterol levels are in the normal range but on the higher normal side. At present you don't need any medications to bring down cholesterol .

Just do the diet and exercise.

Diet : Low calorie low cholesterol diet -- Avoid Sweets , Carbonated beverages , Non Veg food , Junk Food , Cheese , Butter and Ghee. Eat more of fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water .

Exercise : Do aerobic exercises like Brisk walking , Jogging , Running , Cycling or Swimming at least 30 minutes every day .
