Brief Answer:
Blood levels are definitely high. However, they can be brought to normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I'm Dr. Neel Kudchadkar from Health Care Magic and I will help you now.
I have carefully gone through your question and being your doctor, I will
take care of all your health issues.

Yes, it seems that the values for your LFT's (Liver Function Tests) are on the high side. Your vitamin D levels could and should have been better.

Nicotine Chewing Gums that contain nicotine polacrilex are harmless and at maximum, after years of chewing them might cause a slight gum recession that can be easily corrected by a dentist. Therefore these nicotine gums have nothing to do with your problems.

You mention that you have a drinking habit. I can definitely help you here.

We have to face the facts that drinking is creating the problems in your body and
causing the levels of your SGOT, .... SGPT to be on the high side.

You might want to stop drinking. It is possible nowadays, with the right medicines and emotional and moral support.

Kindly make a decision on this matter, and write back to me, I will give you a very easy to follow, home based treatment plan to stop the "urge" to drink. This is all
totally possible in your convenience, and at a time and place of your own choosing.

I am waiting for your response,
It's been good knowing you.

Brief Answer:
You can easily stop drinking, and enjoy controlled blood sugar levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I want to congratulate you in advance for deciding to be free of alcohol forever.
You succeeded in stopping smoking. You will definitely succeed in stopping drinks.

Please visit alcoholics anonymous (AA) website. Or phone dial the number of a local emotional and moral support group, which meets everyday, after 6 PM, usually, in your town, city or metro.

You need not immediately stop drinking right now.

It will automatically stop by itself, as you do this AA course. By the way it is free.

You can also join their support group on the internet, it's not really necessary to meet anyone face to face nowadays. They also have support groups on Face Book.

You must read this very famous 48 page short book called as the "AA Big Book". It will change your life. It is available free.

There are 12 personal rules to follow: If you can follow these simple rules, you will stop drinking forever, very easily, no cravings, no "automatic" urge.

How to control blood sugar levels easily.
=========================

1. See, the dose of the medicines you are taking for the "sugar problem" is correct.
2. The problem is that alcohol / drinks destroy and dissolve away the medicines.
3. Thus, despite taking these medicines, like Janumet, a sufficient amount of the drugs does not reach your body.
4. Increasing the dose will increase side effects and problems, and not solve any problem.

I suggest that you take a combination of olive oil (1 table spoon) before you have drinks. Olive oil is famous for this effect of making the alcohol enter the body very slowly, so that your other medications like Janumet can reach the required areas of your body. This is a practical method. It works.

Things will definitely get better.
I am positive about the future.
Good days are coming.

Feel free to ask any further doubts or queries. I am here to help you.

Most sincerely yours,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Brief Answer:
You can stop the drinks slowly. Take Rinifol capsules. Feel better.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again!

I hope you are fine.

Note that you can "leave drinking" in a slow and gradual manner.
If you suddenly stop drinking, you will fall sick, and have to be kept in a hospital.
So, please gradually reduce your drinks, according to your wishes.

SGOT, SGPT and GGPT levels are just indicators of the status of your liver.
They are not harmful chemicals or anything like that.

Please note that the liver is a strong organ in the body and can keep working well even if most of it has been rendered sick, due to perhaps alcohol and other reasons like infections and illnesses.

So, please do not feel tense about your SGOT, SGPT and GGTP levels.

As you slowly reduce the number of drinks, these LFT levels with automatically come to normal. There is no need for any special treatment.

Also, you might find that there are several tonics and boosters available popularly in the health market. I suggest that these are not necessary and that you avoid wasting time, money and energy on such things.

So, take a final decision, as regards drinks, and make a time table as per your convenience and wishes as to how you will gradually reduce them.

Finally speaking, I have a good idea for you.
Please take "Rinifol" capsules for a month.
You need to take 1 capsule at night after dinner.
This is since you might better if you were given some medicine, right now.
"Rinifol" capsules can be purchased in a medicine store without a doctors
prescription.

So, do you have any questions or ideas or doubts as regards all this?
Do write to me. No issues there. I'm happy to help you out.

In confidence,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
