what food I should eat to get back to normalcy and how to deal with this.
I have uploaded my Liver Function Report. Please let me know if there is anything I should share.

Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You liver function test is normal. You are not having jaundice.
Severe pain in the right upper quadrant could be due to peptic ulcer disease or cholecystitis (gallbladder related).
An ultrasound scan and an upper GI endoscopy may be done to know what is causing the symptoms.
Till then continue taking Razo-D.
Avoid coffee, citrus, fatty/spicy/masala food.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
