Brief Answer:
Mildly elevated ALT

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your ALT level is mildly increased. There are many different causes for a raised ALT. The most common cause is fatty liver disease.
I would advise you to get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and tests for hepatitis B and C done first as the first step.
Further treatment can be planned after seeing the reports of these tests.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
