                                            Question : Hai . smear shows plenty of polymophs..plenty pf gram negative bacilli and few gram positive cocci in pairs. Pls analyse what is the actual problem

Well the symptoms are suggestive of Throat infection or lung infection .
As of Smear report is concerned it is showing some bacteria in the smear but this will not confirm that it is Infection as these bacteria can be found normally too.
I need to know whether he is having any soar throat or throat pain? If so then he needs to get a test called Throat swab culture sensitivity test .
But if there is no throat problem then I would advise for Sputum Culture sensitivity test.
Also left sided chest pain with high BP has to be evaluated for heart problem. Kindly get an ECG done and revert back to me .
Is he on any medicines for high BP? Do let me know .
