Question: Please explain results in detail.
RPR With reflx titer Withing range (non reactive) expected range (non reactive)
HIV 1/2 screen RFLX WB Within range ( non reactive) expected range ( non reactive)
Also were additional test ran to confirm positive anti body's?

P24 and viral load can be done in window period of HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Non reactive tests for HIV and syphilis suggests that you are not suffering from either of these two diseases.
It is important to know your weeks/days of exposure history because in window period these tests are not reliable.
You may need other tests(if you are in window period) or follow up same test(if already around 8-9 weeks).
If you have crossed 12 weeks then there is no need of further tests.These are highly reliable and accurate tests.
Window period of HIV is 6-8 weeks and syphilis is 4-6 weeks.
In window period of HIV,P24 antigen and viral load can be done.It can be done up to initial 6 weeks.

Thanks verry much however can you elaborate on the reflex titer and reflx wb, do these indicate a reactive antibody test? I heard that there generaly issued after you a reactive antibody test.
