Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX
The report provided is normal pap smear report.
Let me explain
Pap smear is superficial swab taken from the cervix and upper vagina. It is done for looking for abnormal cells and inflammatory cell. It is basically a screening test for cervix and vagina.
The report indicates
1. Endocervical cells denote the normal cells of cervix. It is normal finding
2. The vagina is lined by squamous cells . The pap smear is showing the normal vaginal cells and it's normal.
3. Polymorph are white blood cells which could be occasionally seen.
The report is normal and nothing to worry about
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take care
