Brief Answer:
yes it is normal for pregnant woman

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for posting on HCM.
Prolactin is a hormone secreted for growth of mammary glands which will produce milk for the baby after delivery.
Usually in non-pregnant females the range is below 25ng/ml
But in pregnant females the range is from 34 to 386ng/ml. It depends on age of gestation and weeks of pregnancy. As the pregnancy advances, the prolactin level will also proportionately rise and will reach at its peak just around the delivery time so as to initiate the production and secretion of milk from breast for the baby.
As the lady mentioned in question is 20 weeks pregnant and prolactin levels are 129ng/ml it is quite proportional to the gestation age. If you ever repeat the test after certain period it will be higher than this value as it will go up along with the age.
So, yes the values are appropriate for 20 weeks gestational age.
I hope I have given satisfactory answer to your query, if you still have any more queries kindly write back to me and I will be happy to help.
Thank you
