Question : Do piles bleed daily.i have been diagnosed with one or two piles . N banding have been planned by doctors . I m 27 yrs unmarried girl. My question is does it bleed daily. It's bright red color i earlier had the same prblm when i ws 24 yrs old 3 yrs back at that time i took 5 days medicine and then it stopped bleeding n there was no issue till 3 years now since 5 months i have been again facing piles prblm. Pain is involved in and after defecation around anus and buttock area. Also i have consulted three doctors they prescribed me medication but bleeding has not stopped. After protoscopy they said i have pile mass n now banding is required. I am really scared . Also i have undergone abdominal and rectum scan which showed no abnormality. Pls suggest what to do.

Brief Answer:
Get banding done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes fragile pile mass can bleed daily.
If it is XXXXXXX blood associated with pain during and after defecation, it should be from piles mass.
Earlier you might be given some topical steroid and topical pain relieve agents that took care of the problem. Now it is come to a mass and as it recurs it needs surgery / Banding.
Please get this done and it is painless surgery and very safe.
