2nd and 3rd molar on left hand side

Hi,

Thanks for thr report.

I have gone through the report.

I see there is well established caries in 2nd and 3rd molar of the left side.

Both have root destruction to the maximum. The 3rd molar with filling needs to be re explored and treated with Root canal treatment(RCT) immediately or even extraction is wise option.

2nd molar if is symptomatic then RCT is best choice.

Please explain me your symptoms
