What Does My Scan Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hello I had my 20 week scan yesterday..the tech said things looked good and I had nothing to worry about. My doctor is closed until Tuesday and now I'm freaking out because on my disc of pictures she included a pic that looks like the baby has six fingers. Also it's in a fist I think which I heard is bad. Can you look and tell me. Would they include a picture with something wrong and not explain?
Also how do I attach a photo?

Brief Answer:
Digit counting to be done in open palm

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, it looks like6 fingers, but a confirmation is needed with open palm, sometimes the counting is a bit confusing in a wrist. I will suggest you to get a repeat ultrasound for this.
