Brief Answer:
Get Semen culture done to rule out infection .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sperm agglutination grade one and have been taking medicines .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have history of unprotected sex with woman whose status of STD is not known to you?

The common cause of sperm agglutination is infection which can be controlled with antibiotic and sperm agglutination can be cured completely or second common cause is presence of sperm antibodies..

If you have not done semen culture so far get it done at earliest to rule out infection and start taking antibiotics as per culture report.

Repeat your semen analysis after 3 months to verify the status of agglutination .

The medicines that you have been prescribed do help in improving agglutination to some extent.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thank you doctor XXXXXXX
May I ask please, once the seamen culture is done, how long would it take to get the agglutination and low motility to be rectifired.

My wife and I don't stay together.
we only see in 30days in year.
Now I would be travelling to see her by end of this year.
After which I would return back to my place of work to see her again by October.

Am been curious to know if after the semen culture and the treatment is made, if I would be able to get her pregnant within the few days if been with her.

Please, help out could there be any other means to get her pregnant quickly for the period of been around.

I appreciate and value your response doctor.

My results:
Active =20%
Sluggish = 25%
Non motile = 55%.
Agglutination = present grade 1+.
RBC = 0-1
PUS CELLS = 8-10.
sperm count = 85.
Total sperm ejaculate = 255.
yeast and bacterial = nil.

Brief Answer:
You deninately have infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
You have not mentioned about 8-10 pus cells in your report posted earlier.
The presence of pus cells strongly suggests infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate and agglutination will remain there as long as you do not take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

With other parameters like morphology ,sperm count and motility of 20% being within normal range it is possible to impregnate your wife once infection is well controlled.

Thanks and Regards.

I am so grateful for your response doctor XXXXXXX
I have put in for the semen culture test, expecting the results in 5days time.

Pardon my questions please.
Once the treatments starts, how long would it go and how long do I get to be ok so my wife can be pregnant.
is it going to take another 3months, cos I have just about 25days to spend with her when we see again very soon.

Also, once the treatments start, can I have an intercourse with her or how long do I wait before having an intercourse.
I am been curious.

I appreciate your response doctor XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Read Detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Thanks for writing again.One has to take medications at least for 4-6 weeks and repeat the semen analysis after completion of medicines.However there are chances of getting it cured earlier if one takes appropriate antibiotics
as per culture report.

There is no harm in having intercourse while you are taking medicines.
