Question : Hi sir,in my semen analysis( 1.5 Month back) Sperm count is nil.i am using nanoleo tablet and other ayurvedic medicines (virolon,vajitone) from 45days.sir am i taking correct medicine. Please suggest.

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

You have azoospermia meaning no sperms in semen.

This needs to be evaluated by examining your testis by a doctor.

You need blood test called FSH,LH,Testesterone.

You also need ultrasound scan of scrotum.

Taking only medicines won't help you

sir, doctor advised me to go for testicular biopsy.is it the correct procedure.if not what are the other chances.please suggest me.

Your FSH is very high meaning low chances of sperms being present.

The possibilities of finding sperms on testicular biopsy are low. It is the only way to find out.

If there are no sperms found on testicular biopsy next step is to use donor semen for pregnancy. Good fertility centres offer treatment for your wife with donor semen. You can use the facility if you and your wife are willing.
