What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question : I recently had a semen analysis. I had 90 million total motile but only 3% met the Kruger strict normal morphology (normal is >= 4%). In addition, my ph was 8.5 (normal range is 7.2-8.2). All other results were within range. Am I subfertile? Is there anything I can do to improve these numbers?

Hello,

I saw your attached semen analysis report.

Your morphology is little lower side by 1%.

You dont need any medicines for it. You need to undergo lifestyle modification. Stop smoking if you do and start regular exercise regimen. This corrects by itself in next 3 months with good lifestyle as I mentioned.

You are not subfertile. Pregnancy is possible with this count.

Finally, just to clarify, does the fact that my total motile count was 90.9 10^6 multiplied by a 3% good morphology mean that there are roughly 2.7 10^6 good sperm in this sample?
