Question : hello doctors,
semen analysis report
sex male
age 29
reaction alkaline
sperm count 125 M
pus cell 5-6
and report said no active sperm seen can i be fertile again please help me

suspicion of infertility but

Hi,

I have gone trough the reports. No active sperm gives the suspicion of infertility but at the same time I feel that this report is not complete. There are lot of other aspects that need to be mentioned in a semen analysis report. I suggest to redo the test in a renowned lab.
