Time of collection. 9:30 am ( delayed liquifaction
Period of abstinence : 5 days
Quantity : 2 ml
Appearance : opaque
Odour: XXXXXXX
Reaction: alkaline
Fructose test: positive
Total sperm count: 25 million per ml
Motil
On collection : 30 percent
One hour after collection : 25 percent.
Total abnormal sperm: 30 percent
Pus cell: nil
Red blood cells : nil.
Dr pls advise me on the above report. Is there anything thats not normal

Based on report of your semen analysis that you have posted I would state that all the macroscopic and microscopic parameters of your semen like Sperm count .sperm motility ,Ph ,viscosity and .morphology of sperms are within normal range compared to WHO standards except delayed liquefaction which could be due to infection .
Take antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily for a month aand repeat semen analysis after one month .
