Question : Hi,
My liquefaction time is >1hr.
Total sperm count-48 millions/ml
Active motility count - 30%
Sluggish motility count - 30%
Non-motility count - 40%
Pls suggest on things i need to improve

Thanks for query .

Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have uploaded raised liquefaction time of your semen along with presence of 6-8 pus cells is strngly suggestive on infection and needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotic to be be taken for 4-6 weeks

Get your semen culture done and start taking antibiotic as per culture report .

Repeat semen analysis after 6 weeks .
