Question : hello doctor
im a 31 yr old male. ive been married for 2 yrs now. i got my semen analysis done. i have 50 million /ml... with normal morphology, viscosity.. liquefaction time of 30 mins... but i have got only 25% actively motile & 20% slowly motile & 35% non motile sperm. the impression was mild asthenozoospermia... i was completely shocked because im neither an alcoholic nor a tobacco-chewer or smoker
please let me know is this a problem related to difficulty in getting my wife pregnant ??
it would be of great help !!!

Hi,
I understand your concerns about semen analysis.
Total motility is 45% which means it's normal. There is nothing to worry about it.
Your overall report is satisfactory and normal.
You can easily father a child with this report.
I don't see any reason to worry.
You don't need any treatment or medicines.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
