Question : Hello Doctor,
This is XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX we have been trying for second child since 9 months...My first child is 5 yrs old. my age is 35...I have recently gone for semen and antibodies test..Kindly see the reports attached and let me know if there any issue in the reports.

I have gone through your reports. Your semen parameters are within normal limits. The antibody test is also normal.

You can have a natural pregnancy if your wife's test reports are normal and she is having no obvious fertility issues.

Be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after the periods stop. It will increase the chance of pregnancy. You can also go for ovulation induction with timed intercourse for conceiving.
