Question : My semen analysis show: volume: 1.5ml,coleur: greyish white, pH: alkaline,liqifaction time: less then 30min, viscosity: normal,
sperm concentration : 28.4million/ml, total count:42.6 million/ejaculate, motility: fast forward progressive: (grade a): 05, slow progressive (grade B):20, sluggish: (grade c ):15, immotile (grade d):60
viability (within 1 hour): 45 %
sperm cell morphology
normal forms: 35%, abnormals forms : 65% abnormals heads:35%, abnormals tails: 20%, abnormal piece: 10
round cells Morphology
pus cells /h.p.f 25-30
red blood cells /h.p.f 3-5
immature sperm cells /h.p.f 18-20
could you please read my report and let me know if any treatment that needs to be taken
the purpose of doing the semen Analysis is because me and wife are planning to have our new and first born, but unfortunately we are trying since 10 months for now but no avail,
i have visited my wife gynecologist and advised me to have this test and the result been sent to you on my earlier email, with an attachment of the original report.
Medications Tried: Vitamin E 400mg, Vitamin C L-Carnitine twice daily, Zinc 50mg 1 daily, immuno plus antioxidant 1 daily
