Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.The count of 12 million /ml or above is accepted by WHO standards as for as fertilization is concerned,The sperm count bellow 10 ml/ml is considered to be as a low sperm count.(Oligospermia). and single reading below accepted range has little significance .It needs three consecutive semen analysis done at monthly interval to be labelled as Oligospermia. As such a progressive sperm count above 10-12 % is more important from the point of view effective fertilization of a female egg .
Thanks and Regards.

                                    Ok I have a son 4Y 9 Months
After my wife's delivery she took a Pregnancy prevention called gynera for 3 years
Then she stopped this medicine since 1.5 years up till now
during this period she didn't become pregnant, I did the AM Sperm analysis.
Just I need to clarify that my wife period is 35-37 days, What is the ideal duration for the effective fertilization for her egg period.
Do you suggest any "Medicinal activator" to increase the %ge of the pregnant
Shall we take any Vitamins?
Thanks in advance XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Also My wife did a progesterone analysis and the result was 0.19 in the Day No 21 from the beginning of the period
