Brief Answer:
Life style modification

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about low motility.

Your husband's semen analysis is good. Motility is only marginally lower. Please Follow below instructions to improve motility:

1) Let him stop smoking and alcohol if he has habits.

2) Let him lose weight if he is overweight.

3) Let him wear loose pants and undergarments.

However no medicines are required as of now. But this marginal decreased sperm motility is unlikely to have affected the pregnancy possibility.

Get HSG test done for yourself to assess tubal patency.

If you are overweight lose weight to bring BMI to around 25. Weight loss helps in regulararizing periods as well double pregnancy chances.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Regards
