Question : I m 27 years old my semen analisys shows 4.5 volume, 40 million/ml sperm count,motality(cat A)high 60 %,motality(cat b)low 10% .can i give birth to a child

Category-B which indicates sluggish progressive motility: 10%
Sperm count is NORMAL.
As per the World Health Organization guidelines, the normal percentage of
Category A should be 25% or more
Category A+B should be more than 50%

So, with the given result of the semen analysis which is within the normal range, your sperms appear to be normal and hence can be beneficial in giving birth to a child after fertilizing the egg in the fallopian tube (womb).
