What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Question: hi, i am firoj 33 yrs old having one baby girl 9ys old, now we trying for another baby, but no result,
my wife checked by doctor doing all test she is fine no problem with her, problem is mine.
i doing test semen analysis, report given in attachment.
i want to say i tried viogur 800 tab for extra XXXXXXX in intercouse, about one years, almost 100 pills taken. only this i taken,
and also our doctor give medicine ,
but no positive result ,
please give us some suggestion .
we need a baby as soon as possible.
i don't drink , i do smoke 15 pcs per day approx.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Your sperm count is s lightly low,though it is more than reference range of 15 million /ml. Sperm motility is also low .It should be 60 % or at least >50 %. Morphology should be >70 % normal but in your case it is 18%. Hence the cause of male secondary infertility. Since semen analysis also shows occasional pus cells,you need to go for semen culture and sensitivity test and a course of appropriate antibiotic would be preferable. Also get semen fructose level done .
Medicine which have been prescribed to you have mostly doubtful efficacy and anecdotal.
