Question : i am 31 yr male very recently i tested my semen the sperm count is 14 and motility is very low (rapid linear -0%, Slow linear 10 %, non progressive 15 %, Immotile 75%) is there is any chance of improving motility and sperm count. at the lab it was very difficult to ejaculate due to the uninspiring conditions ? is it have any impact on sperm count. Tested after 36 hour of absence, some site shows it require 48 hr absence from sexual activity.
