What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Question: Sir
I am 35 and my wife is 24 years old. We hav3 no children. The count of my sperm is 13%. I am having medicine. My wife has no any problem after test. But the doctor prescribed some medicine and injections. She is taking madicine for 3 months. My friends adivsed me thay there is no need to take madicine and injection by my wife as she had no any problem.
What is your valuable opinion

wall thickend , the mucosa of the UB is normal.
There is neither calculi nor sludge

she has been taking medicine and injection for two months . Her medicine are given below

Fertisure F
Pregmate 5mg tab
Zincovit tab
Ovutrig hp 500 iu ( 12 th day of period)
Gestofit 200 SR (14yh day of period )

I would like to know that
there is any need to continue the medicine for my wife as she had no problem?
What is my condition?

Hi,

Your wife does not need medicines. You can stop all the medicines as she does not have a problem as per reports and there is no need to take medicines unnecessarily.

Your semen analysis shows low sperm count and motility. You need to repeat semen analysis in another standard laboratory to confirm if the count and motility are really this low before taking injections weekly. Since already you have taken medicines, it is better to repeat semen analysis in a different standard laboratory to cross check if the semen parameters are fine.
