Question : Dr,Below is my semen analysis report.Please tell me whether my report is normal and i can become normal

FYI,I normally ejaculates more volume of semen during intercourse with my wife but since masturbation,it came low

Method of collection:Masturbation
Quatity:1.0ml
Liquification:Normal
Sperm count:30million/ml
Motility-50%
Upon ejaculation:50(40% active,10% sluggish)
After 3hrs 40(30% active,10% sluggish)
Abnormal forms:10%
Leukocytes:1-2/hpf
Epithelial cells:Not seen
RBCs:Not seen
Fructose:Normal

I would consider this report to be near normal.
Sperm count, although on lower side, may prove sufficient for impregnation.
Motility is normal.
