Brief Answer:
semen report is almost normal except there is more pus cells.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM and thank you for posting query.

Over all your semen report is almost normal except there is more pus cells present.

It could be possible that while collecting semen there might be some contamination which may give rise to pus cells.

Another possibility is infection in your testicles which is called Orchitis. Unattended orchitis may interfere with the chances of pregnancy.

I will suggest you to consult your doctor and medications might require to treat if there is infection but it should be given after complete clinical examination of testis and some other relevant tests.

Based on your semen report, I do not see any serious reasons for not conceiving. However you need to be further evaluated and treated as described above.

Also,I hope you have understood your wife's fertile days (means ovulation days) well. Increased frequency of sexual intercourse during those days after your complete treatment will improve the chances of pregnancy.

After ejaculation, ask your wife NOT to stand up or going to toilet for at least half an hour.

Put pillow below the hips to prevent semen coming out and helping sperms going up in uterine cavity from vaginal canal which would also increase the chances of pregnancy.

Take high protein nourishing food to improve quality and quantity of sperms. Take some multivitamins and traces of elements.

I hope, I have answered your query and if you have another query or clarification, please ask me.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Rule out urinary infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the response.

In case burning urination,I will want to rule out any urinay tract infection (example urethritis) by doing urine examination and routine blood works.

So,better to see surgeon or urologist who may examine your genitals to rule out orchitis or epididymitis and may order some relevant investigations.

Hope this helps.
