Question : I am 28 year old man. I am trying to be a father since last 6 months. but not getting success.
I have visited dr. I have done semen test.
There are some Puss cells.
I am took antibiotic for 5 days and after that Furtisure M as prescribed my dr.
I am attaching my semen test report.
Please look into that and suggest me any good medicine if needed.
Please also tell that how much it will take to effect.

Hi,

I understand your concerns about semen infection.

1) It is better to get semen culture and sensitivity test done to identify the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.

2) You can repeat test after 15 days to see if present antibiotic has worked for you.

3) Also get basic investigations like HSG ( hysterosalpingogram) done for your wife to assess fallopian tubes patency.
