Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With problem of conception, yes liquefaction time and viscosity issues may matter. But these alone with other parameters still help to impregnate. It needs a complete clinical correlation of both partners with thorough work up. As in men, many causes from history can sort it out. Traumas, medications, family histories, respiratory diseases , examination of genitals, through work up, like antibodies testing , imaging studies, and management accordingly decides next plan.
Also in women, commonest causes should be sorted out of infertility, period cyclic imbalances, cystic ovaries, PCOD etc are some of the commonest causes.
You may try some artificial assisted reproductive techniques to give it a try like artificial insemination etc. Let your fertility consultant decide what is best for you .

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
