Question : I suspect that I may have infection and have done semen culture and the result shows no infection which is good ?

motility?.

Semen culture need not show evidence of infection

Semen culture will not show positive in all infection.
Epididymoorchitis or prostatitis can be present in the absence of positive semen report.
Hence you need to get a physical examination with urologist or XXXXXXX to confirm infection.
