Brief Answer:
No Pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the report.
It shows echogenic endometrium but no gestational sac.
At 5 weeks after the intercourse, there should be a gestational sac seen in the uterine cavity.
So, there are no chances of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Absent Gestational sac

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Gestational age is visualised 2 weeks after conception.
So, it's absence means that there is no gestational sac.
Periods usually occur within 3-7 days of taking the last tablet given to induce the periods.
