Brief Answer:
Please do liver function test and stop alcohol drinking

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Your report shows that the liver is slightly enlarged in size and shows increased quantity of fat.

2. If you drink alcohol regularly then that can be the cause for your fatty hepatomegaly.

3. For a person having fatty liver from alcohol use it can take 6 months after stopping alcohol for the liver to get back to normal. Medicines are not required if there is mild fatty changes in liver.

4. It is important to do blood test for liver function to know if your liver enzymes are increased significantly to require medicine.

5. Please have healthy meals and avoid too much oil in foods.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
