Brief Answer: Motility is the concerning factor. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing back According to the reports, motility is the concerning factor. 1.Sperm Concentration over 20 million/ml is considered as normal. You have 55 millions/ml,so there is nothing to be worried about. 2.The World Health Organization defines normal sperm motility as 50% of observed sperm or at least 8 million sperm per milliliter of semen, showing good forward movement. So,motility is the concerning factor in your case. You have 38 % of non progressive forms. Motility is graded from A to D A – sperm swim forward fast in a straight line B – sperm swim forward, but in a curved or crooked line or slowly C – sperm move their tails, but do not move forward D – sperm do not move at all. If natural fertilization is not possible then intrauterine insemination can be considered. 3.Regarding morphology, it is normal in your case. For a sample to be considered normal,at least 30% of the sperm must have an oval head, with a connecting mid-piece and a long straight tail. You have 52% normal forms.so,it is fine. Rest of the findings are normal. Get well soon. Hope i have answered your query. Further queries are most welcome. Take Care Dr.Indu XXXXXXX

Brief Answer: Please find detail answer below. Detailed Answer: HelloXXXX Thanks for writing back Your report suggests 40 % active motile sperms.I think your condition will improve with diet and life style modification and there are fair chances of fertilization. You should increase your physical activity in the form of exercise and walking. You should avoid alcohol, caffeine and smoking if you take this. In diet you can take banana, pomegranate, raw garlic, walnut etc. You should take vitamin C rich food, red meat & dairy products etc. Avoid tight fitting undergarments and pants or shorts.Make sure your testes aren't overheated,so stay out of hot tubs and don't keep overheated laptops your lap for prolonged periods. You should also avoid stress causing factors. Get well soon. Hope i have answered your query. Further queries are most welcome. Take Care Dr.Indu XXXXXXX
