Question : Hi, I am 34 years aged and have total sperm count 20 m/ml, active motile 30% sluggish 20% non motile 50%, sperm quantity 1 ml/ , liqufication time 30 minutes, colour- milky white, I have been advised by the doctor to take COQ Forte twice a day. Also there is some problem in my wife his prolactin level is high i.e. 94.6. Her age is 29 yrs.
Plz suggest whether i become father since we are trying from last 2 years

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your sperm count is normal and not to worry. Only motility is low for which the tablets you are taking are enough to show improvement.

2) Your wife's prolactin level is high and i hope she is taking medication for the same.

3) Please get HSG tubal test done for your wife to check tubal patency.

4) After that plan for IUI procedure which increases your pregnancy rates.
