Brief Answer:
You have round worms in your bowel

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Ascaris lumbricoides is the name of round worm which is a parasite which is found in the bowel of those infected with it. There are eggs of the worm in the stool and therefore you might be having the worms in your bowel.

2. The treatment for ascariasis is mebendazole tablet 100 mg twice a day for 3 days or 500 mg as single dose. Please ask your doctor for a prescription.

3. It is important to maintain food and water hygiene and avoid parasite infection. Please wash vegetables and meat before cooking in running water and cook properly in a higher temperature or pressure cooker to kill the worms.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
