Question : Hello doctors,

Thanks for clearing my previous doubts in ruling out cardiac issues, 6 months ago I conducted stress test an in that it showed up as :

T inversion in lead III, avf, V3-V6
Sinus Tachycardia
Accelerated chronotropic response
No Abnornal symptoms or signs
No ST changes, No arrythmias
Test us Negative for inducible ischaemia.

I do not suffer any symptoms or anything, after loosing ny weight I did ECG and ECHO after 6 months, ECG came back as borderline ecg 800 sinus rythm normal, remarks within XXXXXXX limits, echo was excellent as well.

Its just that I am worried, is a sign of concern, I do suffer from mild asthma.

Brief Answer:
No reason for concern

Detailed Answer:
your heart rate is higher possibly you were tense during the test. I don't see any reason for concern. if you don't have any symptoms and echo and ECG are Normal than there is definitely there no concern regarding heart. but if you still have doubts please get back to me with them.
