Brief Answer:
Get a Blood culture test done
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your reports.
High lympghocyte and low neutrophil count indicate you are having infection in your body.
You are not suffering from blood cancer such as leukemia because in this type of cancer the lymphocytes are majorly high and neutrophils are majorly low.
In your case the lymphocytes are minorly high and neutrophils are minorly low which indicate you are suffering from either bacterial or viral infection.
I will advise you to do a blood culture test.
On treatment with sensitive antibiotics your counts will come back to normal
You do not need to worry.

Dear Doctor,
Thank you for your prompt response.
May you kindly advise what kind of virus/bacteria you assume were on my blood? By the way, I have had my stool test and resulted that I have yeast +. Some of the doctor I have consulted initially that this might be candida. However, I did colonoscopy and endoscopy, both results were normal except that I have pangastritis.
Please advise further. Thanking you in advance.
