You need a detailed auto immune work up
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, the thyroid disorder can be transitory normalization or thyroid function tests as in some forms of inflammatory disorders of thyroid gland, levels if hormones keeps on transition between hyper to hypo; ( increased to decreased levels) and fluctuate between the two.
Apart from thyroid extensive auto immune profile is needed for your other symptoms along with calcium, phosphate, parathyroid and other electrolyte levels. An endocrinologist review may be helpful but in my opinion a Rheumatologist should also be reviewed with as early as possible.
Meanwhile keep on doing the symptomatic treatment for pain and other symptoms as been advised by your GP. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
Regards
